RentalSummary.com is a free tool that helps short-term rental hosts view all their property reservations in one place by summarizing iCal calendar feeds (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com). It shows check-in and check-out dates in a clear format and makes this info easier to share with co-hosts, cleaners, or family.

We do not automate bookings, manage your listings, or contact your guests. You retain full control over your properties and calendars.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using RentalSummary.com, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use and share the iCal links you provide.
• You will not use the service to upload someone else’s calendar without permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your private summary page link secure.
• You will not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.

3. Privacy and Data Use

We take your privacy seriously.

• Your calendar links are never shared publicly.
• Summary pages are only accessible to people you share the private link with.
• Calendar data (like check-in and check-out dates) does not include guest names or contact info.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

We may use calendar data in anonymous and aggregated form to improve the service and share general statistics (like “most common check-in day” or “average booking length”). This data will never include property names, calendar URLs, or any personally identifiable information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and code provided by RentalSummary.com, including the website design, software, and logo, are our property. You retain ownership of any calendar content you submit.

5. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide a reliable and useful service:

• The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that calendar data will always update perfectly or in real time.
• We are not responsible for any missed bookings or errors caused by reliance on our summaries.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RentalSummary.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
