We only collect the minimum data needed to make the site work:

• iCal links (from your booking platforms)
• Property names (you enter them manually)
• Your email (if you choose to provide it for support)

We also collect basic technical info like your screen size, language, and timezone, to improve your viewing experience. This info stays on your device via cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Import and display your reservation dates
• Organize your calendar summaries
• Make the site work correctly across devices

Anonymous Usage Statistics

We may use calendar data in an anonymized and aggregated way to understand general usage trends and improve the RentalSummary.com service. This may include publishing insights like “Average booking length” or “Most common check-in days.”

These statistics will never include any personally identifiable information, property names, calendar URLs, or guest details. Your data remains private, and your calendar links are never shared.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

We use cookies only to:

5. How Your Data Is Stored

Your iCal links are never shown to others, and your reservation data is only visible on your private link. We store imported reservation dates on our servers to generate your summary pages.

If you'd like your data deleted, just contact us, and we’ll take care of it.
