Can I upload an iCal file?
No. RentalSummary.com does not support uploading iCal files directly. To display your reservations, you must paste in a live iCal link.
If you're trying to manually enter reservations, use a Google Calendar (or similar) and paste that calendar’s iCal link instead.

Can I add any iCal calendar? What iCal files do you support?
RentalSummary.com supports any calendar that provides a valid iCal link. This includes all major short-term rental platforms and custom calendars like Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.

Do iCal links contain any private info (about me, my listings, guests or reservations)?
In most cases, no. iCal files typically only contain check-in and check-out dates — not guest names, email addresses, or other personal details.
Note that Airbnb does reveal partial guest phone numbers (only the last 4 digits) and reservation numbers in its iCal, but this info cannot be used to identify you, your Airbnb account, or your guests.
RentalSummary.com keeps your iCal links hidden and never shares them. Anyone you share your summary page with will only see basic info like property name and check-in/check-out dates.
